WHITE GLOVE FREIGHT – In Home Delivery Service
SPECIAL IN HOME ""WHITE GLOVE"" SHIPPING DETAILS FOR THIS ITEM:Because this is a large,heavy, fully assembled fine piece of furniture KeeperStores has elected to ship via what is referred to as
""White Glove"" transportation. This item cannot be shipped via UPS or Fedex or the US mail because of its size and weight. This is how the White Glove Service works:
1) This service will include the driver and an assistant removing the item from the truck and bringing it into your residence. They will bring it to the room you prefer. They will carry this item up to 2 flights of stairs.(4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the furniture moved up more flights of stairs please contact us for instructions.
2) Once the driver and assistant have brought the item to the chosen room, they will unpack it and remove all packaging. This service is provided to make your delivery experience more pleasant and to ensure that your item arrives safely.

MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if, for some reason you suspect the contents of the box are damaged, please write
""PRODUCT DAMAGED"" clearly on the sheet that the driver will ask you to sign. This way KeeperStores can resolve this issue with the shipper easily. If the item is refused for any reason other than damage you will be responsible for the cost of this shipping service.
