White Glove Bronze (Additional $90.00):
White Glove Bronze service provides two-man delivery, to inside the threshold (front entry) of your residence or garage. The product will be left in the original packaging. If you live in an apartment building or condo in which a service elevator is not available, the product will be carried up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us at 1-800-986-1610 and a trained representative will be happy to assist you.
White Glove Silver (Additional $120.00):
White Glove Silver service provides a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your home in the room of your choice. Once the product is in the room of your choice, the delivery team will leave the product in the original packaging.

Oak Electric Fireplace from Real Flame
i had a very difficult time putting it together.i had to call the company a few times. finally we discovered the pieces were'nt put together with the correct measurements. customer service was great they sent new pieces pronto.even then i had to sand corners to get the mantle to fit.after all of that it looks great and works great. rog

Indoor/Outdoor Gel Fireplace
My dad purchased me a beautiful loft fireplace for Christmas and I was very pleased with the affordable price, ease of completing the transaction on-line and the ability to see exactly when it would be delivered. Most of all, I was please with the condition the fireplace was received in. The packing of the mostly glass structure was excellent and instructions on assembly were easy to follow.
The riverview outside my condo may be icy and still but my abode is a cozy, warm oasis thanks to my new firplace.

Conversion Log Set
We purchased a Deluxe Log Set to place in our wood burning fireplace, to use in lieu of gas or wood. From a distance of approximately 8 feet or more away, it looks great. The only issue I had was that when standing or sitting within the 8 foot range of the Log Set, the three fuel can tops are quite visible. The customer service department did not recommend any way to remedy this. I would like the company to come up with a product that disguises the can tops a bit more.
With that being said, the Deluxe Log Set is a beautiful alternative to having to burn wood. We will enjoy the ambiance of a real fire with little expense and no mess! We highly recommend the product and the company

Cartwright electric Fireplace
The service and delivery of the electric fireplace SEI Cartwright was wonderful. The assembly of the mantel was a bit tricky for a novice at furniture assembly. But now everything thing has been put together and I run the fireplace every day. I absolutely love it.

What a wonderful company!!!! We ordered on line, they delivered the fireplace very quickly., and it was packed really well no damage at all.........It was exactly as stated and shown. We put it together in less than a half hour and have been getting so many raves over the look and also how nicely it heats the room. I was amazed at the speed with which my order was received. Also, this product, when burning, looks & sounds a lot like a log fire. I only use two cans at the most as the heat generated is enough to fill a good size room. This is a great alternative to a wood burning fireplace

Pillar Gel Fireplace
I just love my White Finish Pillar Gel Fireplace. The value is incredible. I searched the internet and the conventional stores and I could not find anybody else that offer a better value. There was a delay in delivery, due to UPS shipping the packet to the wrong address. I contacted the company and they were very friendly and tried to help immediately.
